To uphold the highest safety standards, we conduct regular on-site audits of our staff, ensuring strict adherence to our safety protocols. At Labour Corp, safety is non-negotiable, and we spare no effort in maintaining uncompromising safety practices.

WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY COMPLIANCE MEASURES

We are dedicated to maintaining strict adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. To ensure compliance, we employ a range of measures and practices:

  • SITE INSPECTIONS

We regularly conduct thorough site inspections at locations where our staff is actively engaged. This proactive approach allows us to ascertain WHS compliance on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

As part of our registration process, we equip our staff with branded high-visibility tops and any necessary PPE that they may not already possess. Additionally, when disseminating job details, we make certain that the site's PPE requirements are clearly communicated in our messages. This ensures that our staff consistently arrive fully compliant with site-specific requirements.

  • Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

We maintain close communication with each of our clients to establish job-specific SWMS. Typically, our staff are required to read and sign our clients' SWMS upon arrival at the site. On occasion, we also develop our own SWMS in advance of a job, further enhancing safety measures.

  • Hazard Reporting

Both our office and site-based staff are well-informed about the procedure for reporting hazards. All identified hazards are meticulously logged, and we promptly establish preventive measures to mitigate the risk of incidents.

  • Incident Reporting

Our comprehensive approach to incident reporting involves thorough training for both office and site-based staff. We meticulously record all incidents, regardless of size, and proactively implement measures to prevent their recurrence.

  • Toolbox Talks

We regularly conduct informative toolbox talks with our staff, ensuring that they are well-versed in the latest safety protocols and best practices. Our site-based staff is also advised that they may be required to participate in on-site toolbox talks with our clients, further enhancing safety awareness and compliance.
